Lead times vary by project scope. Through 6S lean management and optimized production scheduling, we offer "small batch quick turnaround, large order stable delivery." For prototype and small-batch orders, we can significantly compress the standard cycle. Specific timelines are confirmed during order review.

Our full-chain quality control covers incoming material inspection (spectroscopy, metallography), in-process control (4M change management, process audits), and final product validation (motor performance testing, IP67/IP68 waterproof testing, salt spray testing, vibration testing).
